摘要：

A description is given of 2 female patients with diastrophic dwarfism. The typical features of this dysostosis are: a micromelic type of dwarfism; clubfeet; deformities of the external ears; cleft palate; restricted joint motion; progressive kyphoseoliosis, adduction of the thumbs and great toes, severe epimetaphyseal ossification defects. Autosomal-recessive is the mode of inheritance.
