摘要
The rotational spectra of CH3CN and CD3CN in the degenerate excited states v8 = 1 and v8 = 2 were measured up to 1400 GHz with a FIR sideband laser spectrometer. These new data have been used to improve notably the accuracy of the rotational, centrifugal distortion, and vibration-rotation interaction constants. A significant dependence of the constants B and DJ on the 1 quantum number was found. It is likely due to the flexibility of the CCN skeleton. © 1991.
