摘要
We calculate double-differential cross sections for the impact ionization of He targets by 1.5-MeV H+ and 28.5-MeV F9+ ions using the distorted-wave strong-potential Born approximation. The theory is compared with the experimental electron spectrum. Both theory and experiment show the low-energy electron distribution, the electron capture to the continuum cusp, and the binary-encounter peak.
