摘要
Recrystallization has been studied in fine-grained and coarse-grained commercial aluminum with a purity of 99. 4 pct deformed 5, 15, and 30 pct by cold-rolling. When the degree of deformation is increased to 30 pct, the number of recrystallization nuclei increases and their sizes decrease when deformation is increased. The temperature of nucleation and recrystallization also decreases when deformation is increased and initial grain size is decreased. Refinement of the recrystallized grain size is enhanced by FeAl//3 particles which start to become effective when deformation is raised from 15 to 30 pct.
