摘要
A rapid technique for the detection of Listeria was developed by combining a microcolony technique with an immunofluorescence test. Listeria was detected in artificially contaminated beef homogenates within 5 h. The detection level was log10 5.0. Listeria was detected in 1/4 naturally contaminated beef samples using the rapid method.
