摘要
The standard Gibbs' energy of formation of LaCrO3 from the constituent binary oxides La2O3 and Cr2O3, has been determined using a CaF2based e.m.f. technique under pure oxygen at a pressure of 1.01 × 105 Pa. For this purpose, LaCrO3/Cr2O3/LaF3/Pt and La2O3/LaF3/Pt have been employed as the electrodes. From the reversible e.m.f. of the galvanic cell, the standard Gibbs' energy of formation given by ΔGf,ox° (± 0.4) (kJ mol-1) = -44.45 + 0.002115T(K) has been derived over the range 855-1073 K. © 1990.
