摘要
Experiments on the electrodeposition of zinc and copper from aqueous solutions of ZnSO4 and CuSO4 are reported. The two-dimensional deposits were grown from a line electrode at small ionic concentration (≅0.1 M) and low voltages (10 V). They show fractal characteristics similar to those of diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) patterns. In addition, self-similarity, restricted to an intermediate range of length scales, is exhibited in terms of characteristic values of the generalized fractal dimensions Dq = 1.60 ± 0.05 for zinc and Dq = 1.59 ± 0.03 for copper. © 1990.
