摘要
Our investigations on the growth of the mixed crystals of L-arginine phosphate sulphate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP/KDP) are presented. The structural, mechanical, electrical and optical properties of L-arginine phosphate sulphate (LAPS) crystals are discussed. Pure and mixed crystals of KDP and ADP have been grown on KDP seeds for the entire range of compositions. The etch pits observed on the (100) plane of as-grown crystals revealed the preferential absorption on one of the two components into the lattice.
