摘要
A review of the structure of cellulose and its properties is given. Experimental data concerning the physical and chromatographic properties of microcrystalline triacetylcellulose (TAC) are reported. It is concluded that TAC columns can be used advantageously at high pressures. To improve resolution, high temperatures can be used. The TAC column is also compatible with many buffer systems (pH 5-10) and up to 70% of water can be used in the mobile phase. © 1990.
