摘要
Bound exciton (BE) recombination associated with Cu-related complex defects in ZnTe gives rise to sharp electronic satellites. The observed energy shift between a BE line and a satellite associated with that line corresponds to a 1s-2s final state excitation on an acceptor at a different site.
