摘要
The structures of vanadyl phthalocyanine (VOPc) in the bilayer of VOPc and perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) were found to be affected by the sequence of the deposition. When PTCDA was deposited first on the quartz glass substrate followed by VOPc, VOPc took the phase I structure whose X-ray diffraction analyses showed a sharp diffraction line corresponding to the layer distance, 0.68 nm and 0.34 nm. The VOPc films deposited on glass took the phase II structure. The structure of PTCDA was cu-type which did not depend on the sequence of the deposition.
