摘要
We report the observation of quantum beats in the decay of the coherent polarization of intrinsic excitations in GaAs/GaAlAs quantum wells. The beating arises from interference of excitons with slightly different quantum confinement energy due to well width fluctuations. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
