摘要
The present publication is devoted to the study of the relationship between the structure of thin films evaporated under vacuum and their electrical conductivity. Structural studies have been carried out by X-ray and electron diffraction. The structural and microstructural features of condensed phases depend mainly on the film thickness and on the temperature of the substrate during the growth process. Two types of arrangements have been characterized for films thinner than 500 angstrom. A quasi-amorphous state is observed when the substrate is maintained at room temperature. A polycrystalline state (alpha-phase), with preferred orientations, is prepared on a heated substrate in the temperature range 150-200-degrees-C. The conductivity increases in this last case by a factor of 10(2).
