摘要：

The chemical syntheses of two phosphotriester derivatives 1a,b containing two different 5',5'-linked antiviral and antibiotic nucleosides as well as an aliphatic chain of different length are described. These compounds may act as prodrugs of biological active nucleoside analogues.
