摘要
Various recombination-deficient mutants of B. subtilis, which are readily transformable by plasmid DNA at 4.degree. C cannot be transformed at 30.degree. C with chimeric plasmid derivatives that contain the deletion hot spot defined previously. Such interference was also observed in protoplast transformation and SPP1 transduction.
