摘要
Thin films of LiNbO3 prepared by r.f. sputtering have been investigated for their use as fast ion conductors in solid state electrochromic systems. The electrical conductivity was measured using an impedance spectroscopy technique in the 27-82-degrees-C temperature range. An average activation energy of 0.65 eV was found and the conductivity of the material at room temperature was found to be 2 x 10(-8) S cm-1. Optical properties in the solar spectral range are also reported.
