摘要：

Extracts from bovine tissue were prepared by acetic acid treatment and purified by gel filtration. All preparations were injected into CBA mice for 10 days. Extracts from the thymus and the epiphysis increased the number of antibody-forming cells generated in the spleen and the level of serum hemagglutinins in response to the immunization with sheep red cells. The hypothalamic extract depressed the immune response.
