摘要
The dominating methodologies which are currently being applied to fermentation monitoring are high-performance liquid chromatography and flow injection analysis. The latter technique is generally combined with immobilized enzymes or biosensors. In an unexpectedly large number of studies, direct measurements on fermentation broth for establishing cell activities are made by flow calorimetry.
