摘要
Measurements of electric resistance and magnetic susceptibility are reported on superconducting amorphous Si//1// minus //xAu//x. The upper critical field B//c//2 was determined from the electrical resistance measurement under magnetic fields. The magnetic penetration depth lambda was obtained by measuring the superconducting diamagnetic susceptibility. The results are compared with the Ginzburg-Landau theory and the localization and electron interaction effects are discussed.
