摘要
The effects of inceptive motion on particle detachment are examined. The critical external forces corresponding to lift-off, slide, and rotation are obtained from JKR's contact theory and force or moment balance. Frequently used experimental techniques to study particle detachment are discussed in light of this simple analysis. © 1990 Elsevier Science Publishing Co., Inc.
