摘要
The behavior of cytochrome c3 from Desulfovibrio desulfuricans Norway has been investigated at the basal-plane pyrolytic graphite electrode. The electrochemistry of this heme protein is characterized by the existence of marked adsorption phenomena. The nature of the adsorbed film has been studied using the film-transfer technique. Modifications of the adsorbed film are observed by scanning the potentials in the cathodic and anodic ranges, respectively. The pH-dependence of the redox potentials accords with the existence of irreversibly denatured forms containing a hemin-like group in close contact with the electrode surface.
