STUDY OF ZERO-BIAS CONDUCTANCE PEAKS IN YBCO FILMS BY LT-STM

摘要
The zero bias conductance peaks (ZBCPs) of the tunneling spectra in the oxide superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-delta (YBCO) have been measured by using low temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (LT-STM/STS). The results showed three types of response of the ZBCPs to an applied magnetic field. Two of them indicate the existence of localized spin moments on the sample surface, the origin of the third is unknown.
