摘要
A new chemiluminometric method for the determination of glycerol in wine by FIA is presented. The method is based on the combination of immobilised glycerol dehydrogenase and NADH oxidase. It is compared with common methods of glycerol determinations in wine. In contrast to chemical determinations the chemiluminometric method is highly specific and in contrast to fluorometric determinations it is not disturbed by sample self-fluorescence. The automated FIA set-up allows glycerol determinations in wine from 0.1 - 10 mM without sample pretreatment; the results are in good correlation to those obtained with official reference methods. The generic detection system allows an easy adaptation to other analytical tasks based on dehydrogenase reactions.
