摘要
The phase diagram of the superconductor Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x was studied near its melting point in air. The investigations have shown that during quasi-static cooling the process of solidification leads to a non-superconducting crystal (NSC) structure. The transformation from the NsC structure to the ordinary quasi-tetragonal structure (c almost-equal-to 30.9 angstrom) takes place in the solid state during the annealing process by absorption of oxygen.
