摘要
A calculation method of the molecular beam intensity distribution formed by an effusion hole is presented. This method is applied to the determination of the molecular beam intensity distribution in two versions of an ion source with an electron beam of a mass spectrometer. The theoretical results are compared with results obtained for an atomic silver beam and an ''effusion'' white light beam (optical model of a molecular beam).
