摘要：

Solutions containing between six and thirteen drug substances of Forensic interest have been examined by capillary zone electrophoresis/electrospray mass spectrometry (CZE/ES-MS). The effects of citrate buffer concentration and its content of organic modifiers on the migration time, resolution and migration order of the various components were assessed. Performing CZE/ES-MS in full-scan mode at elevated cone (skimmer) voltage allowed differentiation between nalorphine and thebaine which have isomeric structures.
