摘要
A portable leaf greenness meter (SPAD-501) has been used to provide a rapid and non-destructive measurement of leaf chlorophyll in Vitis vinifera. Leaf extracted chlorophyll was related linearly to SPAD readings. It is suggested that separate linear equations should be developed for each cultivar so as to maximise the accuracy of estimating leaf chlorophyll content as a function of SPAD readings.
