摘要
With a new multienzyme system with cofactor regeneration based on a sequential action of glycosidase and glycosyltransferase, a semipreparative scale synthesis of the cell epitope Neu5Acα(2 → 3)Galβ(1 → 3)GalNAc 1 was achieved. Although the participating enzymes have maximum activities at very different pH values, a satisfactory optimization of the synthesis was possible. (Figure Presented.)
