摘要
Ultra-thin, uniform, pinhole-free solid polymer electrolyte films of approximately 1-mu-m thickness were prepared by the complexation of plasma polymerized dimethyl-2-[(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethoxy]-vinylsilane (DEVS) and thermally vapor-deposited lithium iodide. The results of FT-ir and EPMA measurements indicate that the structure of the plasma polymerized DEVS is very similar to poly(DEVS). Room temperature conductivities were as high as the order of 10(-6) S cm-1(10(2) ohm cm2 resistance per unit area of as prepared solid polymer electrolyte).
