摘要
A mathematical description of bioproduct drying is discussed with respect to the heat and mass transfer coefficients, the driving force of the transfer processes and the bioproduct degradation kinetics. A method for the optimal control of drying with reference to product quality estimated on the basis of several indexes is proposed. The optimal control is searched for using the maximum Hamiltonian principle.
