摘要
ENFETs were assembled by coimmobilizing peroxidase and glucose oxidase or lactate oxidase onto a new transducer type, the fluoride ion sensitive field effect transistor. These ENFETs for glucose or lactate are based on the peroxidase-catalyzed reaction liberating fluoride ions from organo-fluoro compounds in the presence of hydrogen peroxide which was produced by the coupled. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
