摘要
The authors have studied the trapped states and thermal release of hydrogen isotopes implanted into a pyrolytic graphite by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) and mass analyzed thermal desorption spectroscopy (MATDS). In this paper, the thermal release and trapping states of hydrogen isotopes in the graphite and their changes due to hydrogen implantation are described.
