摘要
Monoclinic Ba2Fe2O5 is beam-sensitive and readily suffers a nonreversible phase transition during TEM observations. The new phase seems to be an orthorhombic perovskite superlattice with unit cell parametersac√3, ac√2, ac√6, acbeing the cubic perovskite subcell parameter. © 1990 Academic Press, Inc.
