摘要
Epitaxial (Tl,Bi)Sr1.6Ba0.4Ca2Cu3O9-delta (Tl-1223) thin films on (100) single crystal LaA1O(3) substrates were successfully synthesized by post-annealing at 750-780 degrees C in pure argon. The development of Tl-1223 phase in pure argon was systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction. The zero resistance transition temperature was 109 K.
