摘要
A formulation of a dynamical transport theory based on the dielectric properties of the electronic carriers has recently been proposed for bulk materials. The present paper shows how to apply this approach in the case of two-dimensional electronic layers. An expression of the effective scattering potential is given, taking into account the actual band structure of the 2D layer, local field effects, and the layer surroundings. It is finally shown that the present approach is fully consistent with the semiclassical approach of the relaxation time solution of the Boltzmann kinetic equation, as soon as standard approximations are made.
