摘要
The disaccharides formed by enzymatic transfer of the beta-D-galactopyranosyl residue from omicron-nitrophenyl beta-D-galactopyranoside to beta-D-xylopyranosides have been identified. The influence of different factors on the yields of the disaccharides obtained was evaluated. Significant changes in selectivity were observed when beta-galactosidase from E. coli was used instead of beta-galactosidase from A. oryzae.
