摘要
A microscopic model for DX centers is proposed and the DX- state is examined. This state results from the Jahn-Teller distortion around the donor defect. For the Si donor the largest distortion of the neighboring As atom is 15% of the interatomic distance and the resulting energy gain is 0.43 eV.
