摘要：

The authors have observed anomalous behaviors in ultraviolet absorption spectrum of alkali nitrate crystals near their phase transition points in the course of investigation of the microscopic properties, electron or ionic dynamics of these crystals. In this paper, they report the experimental results obtained from electric and optical measurements on rubidium nitrate crystal near the successive transition points.
