摘要
A transitory increase in the basal levels of lipase and N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase activity was observed in the latex of Euphorbia characias plants with their roots in contact with the free fatty acids, butyric, 3-butenoic and caprylic. Incorporation of [C-14-1] -butyric acid into latex was also demonstrated.
