摘要
The development of novel membrane materials for use in micro-field effect transistor (FET) biosensors is an important topic in biosensor research. Recently, the authors developed four types of micro-FET biosensors by using a polyvinylbutyral (PVB) membrane: a urea-FT sensor an immuno-FET sensor, an adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP)-FET sensor and an acetylcholine-FET sensor. In each case, a PVB membrane was used as a carrier for biocatalysts. The urea-FET sensor was constructed by using immobilized urease PVB membrane and an ion-sensitive field effect transistor (ISFET).
