摘要
Although patients with tumors of unknown origin have traditionally been considered to have a very poor prognosis, recent evidence has shown that identifiable subsets of these patients do have responsive tumors. The authors review the classification, clinical characteristics, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment of these tumors.
