摘要
A first methodological success of x-ray magnetic Bragg scattering topography from a Ferri-magnetic Fe3O4 single crystal is described. The flipping ratio on the magnetic Bragg scattering intensity can be enhanced by using a resonant effect at the Fe K-absorption edge. The domain formation including the direction of the spontaneous magnetization can be determined from the obtained topographic image. © 1995 American Institute of Physics.
