摘要
Terminal acetylenes RC=CH are transformed catalytically into metathesis products RC=CR and C2H2 on the carbyne complex[W(CBut)(OBut)3], a process which is rapidly followed by a polymerization of the alkyne; in the case of sterically hindered Bu(t)C=CH, a stoichiometric reaction is observed, by which a dinuclear compound mu-C2H2[W(OBut)3]2 1 and the deprotiotungstenacyclobutadiene [WC3(But)2(OBut)2]2 are formed.
