FOURIER-TRANSFORM SPECTROSCOPIC STUDIES OF A GERMANIUM HOT HOLE LASER

摘要
The results of a Fourier transform spectroscopic study of the output spectrum of a germanium hot hole laser have allowed four distinct output regions between 1 and 270 cm-1 to be identified. These are below 10 cm-1, from 40 to 60 cm-1, from 75 to 35 cm-1, and above 200 cm-1. Their characteristic behaviour with electric and magnetic field bias are discussed.
