摘要
Magnetic anisotropies and interlayer exchange interaction are derived from Brillouin-scattering spectra of various thin films with one or two Co magnetic layers, evaporated in ultrahigh vacuum. The oscillatory behavior of the interlayer exchange interaction is observed in Co/Au/Co sandwiches; the measured values of the pseudoperiod (9.6) and of the attenuation length (12) agree well with recent determination by magneto-optical and magnetoresistive measurements and with theoretical predictions. © 1995 The American Physical Society.
