摘要
The main parameters of electrical relaxation such as activation energies, time constants and characteristic frequencies are evaluated separately for a homocharge and a heterocharge by processing experimental data on isothermal and thermostimulated depolarization of a charged polar dielectric in terms of the electret model. An important role of the homocharge in retention of the strong residual polarization is proved.
