摘要
This paper proposes a method for monolithic implementation of VHF filters with transmission zeros, by using a modification of the well-known leapfrog simulation and negative impedance converter (NIC) integrators having good high-frequency performance. Experimental results of a monolithic 100-MHz low-pass filter with a transmission zero at 166 MHz confirm the feasibility of the proposed method.
