摘要
The anisotropy in the magnetic penetration depth lambda at 4.2 K has been systematically investigated with (103)-oriented YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films, using the resonator technique in transmission lines. The obtained values are lambda = 1.4 +/- 0.4-mu-m and lambda = 400 +/- 130 nm for the current flow across and parallel to Cu-O planes, respectively. This anisotropy ratio is in good agreement with the value estimated from the anisotropic resistivities of the films.
