摘要
A liquid chromatographic procedure on a 5 mum LiChroCART column using chemically bonded beta-cyclodextrin (ChiraDex) as chiral selector was developed for the enantiomeric separation of four 2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-ones which are close analogs of the cyclic hydroxamic acids 2,4-dihydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (DIBOA) and 2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3 (4H)-one (DIMBOA) naturally occurring in Gramineae species.
