摘要：

The surface ionization (SI) mass spectrometry of the organometallic compounds containing the following group III-V metals have been studied: Al, Sn, Pb, P, As, Sb, Bi. Experiments were performed using a quadrupole mass spectrometer in which the thermionic ion source had a rhenium emitter exposed to oxygen. The results show the production of significant amounts of various ionic species whose distributions are varied with a function of metal element species. © 1990.
